Shipping policy

*All orders will be shipped within two business days after purchase.


*Please note that there will be no shipping on weekends or holidays. These orders will be shipped the next business day.

*Due to COVID 19 your order could present delays. Please, It is important to indicate a contact phone in case something arises.

* We are not responsible for missing data or incorrect addresses, in the event that due to an error in the address provided by the customer the package has been delivered incorrectly, Immune & Genetics Protocols LLC will not be responsible or will not have the obligation to replace the lost product (s).

* Any error in the address after your order is shipped will cause delays in delivery, it will also cause an additional charge by UPS of $ 23.00, otherwise, if the package is returned to our warehouse and we have to ship it again, it will also cause an additional charge by UPS of $30.00 in the USA those charges have to be paid by the customer.

*You can place a claim on a package if it has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Any claim, after this time, will not be processed. Before placing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package.

*If you received an incomplete order or a damaged package you have to send pictures of the label and the box, if it is damaged you should keep the package until UPS picks it up, as it is part of the claim process. You have to place the CLAIM WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Any claim, after this time, will not be processed.

*Shipments outside the United States must be coordinated by the customer with the shipping company of their choice, please be advised to check the customs restrictions of the country where you will ship. Make sure you enter the data correctly. Immune & Genetics Protocols LLC will only be responsible for shipping the product within the United States to the carrier company.
In case the customer does not want to pay the fee when the order is returned or needs address correction, a fee for the amount of $40.00 will be deducted from the initial payment to pay for the restocking fee and the remainder will be reimbursed to the credit card from which the payment was made.


*If the delivery is being made to a hotel, the responsibility is on the client to collect the package once delivered to the location. Immune & Genetics Protocols cannot guarantee that the packages will be delivered to the desired hotel room. Please be advise that UPS, USPS and all delivery companies, have their own set of rules and regulations that they abide by. If the package is delivered to the hotel front desk it is up to the client to collect it.

PUERTO RICO:
Shipments to Puerto Rico will be made via USPS. Orders to Puerto Rico will be shipped within the next two business days. To our valued customers in Puerto Rico, please ensure that your package does not get returned to the warehouse. If this occurs, there will be a $30.00 charge for resending your order, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that USPS, UPS, and Immune & Genetics Protocols LLC will not be held responsible for any delays, additional costs, or returns. Our goal is for you to receive your order smoothly and efficiently. We greatly appreciate and value your purchase.
