PRODUCTION PROCESS OF IMMUNE BIO GREEN CELL ™
The process of creating Immune Bio Green Cell™ starts with a thorough analysis of the soil where the plants used in the product are cultivated. Parameters that ensure optimal plant growth are monitored and controlled to obtain the quantity and quality of active ingredients that guarantee the highest standards of our product.
A strict selection of cultivation areas is carried out to limit contamination, and the entire production process is free from agrochemicals.
Once the optimal growth conditions for the plants (Baccharis Articulata, Rosmarinus Officinalis, Plantago Major) used to make the supplement are ensured, the collection process takes place at the appropriate time for each species. This is the time when the plants naturally have the highest concentration of active ingredients. The collection is done with special care, without the use of machinery, and only the best plants are selected.
These plants undergo processing and conditioning before being macerated in reactors specially designed for this procedure. During the maceration process, the active ingredients are extracted from the botanical material and transferred to the surrounding liquid.
After the maceration process is completed, the liquid is separated from the botanical material and progressively filtered to remove all solids from the solution. Finally, the obtained solution undergoes microbiological and physicochemical analyses to ensure the highest quality standards of the product. The solution is then packaged in laboratories registered by the FDA in the United States of America.
