As of now, Immune and Genetics Protocols LLC will no longer be accepting returns on any products purchased. This change is in response to operational adjustments and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety for our customers. Damages and issues

We recognize that issues may arise even without a return policy in place. We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please immediately contact us at immunebiogreencell@gmail.com. Our team is dedicated to assessing the situation and determining the best course of action to rectify the issue.

Immune and Genetics Protocols LLC  is not responsible for the state of the order received in countries  that are not the United States, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. If the client uses an intermediate shipping company to send the products to a country or location we are not responsible for any damaged or missing products. 

Exchanges

Given our new policy, traditional exchanges (returning an item to receive another in its place) are not feasible. However, in the event that an issue arises with your order, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, we urge you to get in touch with us. We are committed to resolving such issues on a case-by-case basis.


Refunds

In alignment with our no-return policy, refunds will be issued only under extraordinary circumstances, such as in cases of defective or incorrect items being received. Should you find yourself in such a situation, please contact us for an evaluation. If a refund is warranted, it will be issued to your original payment method. Be advised that refund processing times can vary and are subject to the policies of your bank or credit card company.

All eligible refunds will be subject to a $40 fee that will be discounted of the refunded amount
